I don't have a Rite Aid in my area anymore, I really miss the great deals they offer.  So, think of me when you are there. I have six grandkids, this would really be a great dealsavings for me. Oh well, Enjoy!

Kmart Double Coupons Start Tomorrow

Kmart is bringing back their Double Coupon event, and it starts tomorrow 6/19.  You will be able to double unlimited coupons with a face value up to 99 cents each. You will need your ShopYourWay card to get your coupons doubled.   It is free to sign up for this card online or in store at the customer service desk.  Click here to see if there is a Kmart store doubling coupons near you.
I will keep an eye out for any deals that can be had.  However, some of you know that Kmart prices are a bit high to start, but you never know!

Five Minute Shrimp(from Mr. Food)

Yes, dinner can be on the table in five minutes with our fast, easy recipe for Five Minute Shrimp. Just a few ingredients and a skillet are all it takes to turn out a restaurant-quality meal that tastes amazing.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 5 min

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails on
• ¹/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (we like Old Bay)
• ¹/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons peeled fresh grated ginger (see Notes)
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, Old Bay seasoning, pepper, and ginger. Cook 2 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp are just pink.
    
2. Stir in lemon juice, butter, and parsley; mix well. Serve immediately.
    

Note:  Serve over yellow rice for a tasty meal with eye appeal.
