On the Count Down to Black Friday...less than 24 hours to go!

                                                     ''HAPPY THANKSGIVING''

My turkey is in the oven.  My fifteen year old granddaughter, Jazz, will be here soon.  Jazz is in charge of making dessets for our dinner this year.  It's her first time cooking for thanksgiving.  She is sooooo excited, and I am enjoying guiding her through the baking process. We will be baking a chocolate cake and making a fresh fruit tart today.  She already made a beautiful pineapple upside down cake. I hope you are having fun while you are cooking.

Here is my cooking tip to make your cooking experience more fun:  Clean your pots and pans as you prepare; so when you finish your project you are really finished.

Enjoy your day!
